Return & Policy

Our number one goal is customer satisfaction. If you are ever not satisfied with our services, feel free to contact us here and we will work to resolve your issue. If you(the buyer) are unhappy with our product ó even if you've used the full supply of our product ó you can return the remaining supply or empty bottle for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and handling. To request a refund, please call customer service and you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. In order to receive your refund, our shipping facility must receive you return along with a valid RMA number clearly marked on your return package within 30 days of purchase. We recommend that you obtain proof of shipment. You pay for return shipping.

Once our shipping department receives your return, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your credit card company or financial institution.
