What forms of payments do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted by our e-store.

When am I charged?

Once your order is placed, you will be charged.

Can I cancel my order after it's placed?

As long as it’s within 24 hours after you placed the order, you can cancel for a full refund. After 24 hours, you can return the item. You will receive an email notification after cancellation.

Can I add, remove, or substitute items in my order?

Order details are final once the order is placed. You can always start a new order through the standard checkout process if you’d like to add something to your order.

What about coupons?

Unfortunately, we do not take third party coupons. However, we sometimes offer discounts and special on our products, so keep an eye out!

What are the next steps after an order is placed?

After we process the order, it goes into a shipping queue. Within 24-48 hours your product will be set to ship. The only times of the year when this can be delayed is during holidays, such as Christmas, when we have a higher volume of orders to process. Generally your items will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.

My item is damaged, how do you handle this?

In the uncommon instance where your product or package is damaged upon arrival, we will immediately resolve the issue. To file a return claim, simply email us at info@ampscience.com, with your full name, contact info, and order confirmation number. Please also include a description of the damaged item. Once verified we will send out a replacement item.

What is the Amp members only program?

Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are all accepted by our e-store.

Will my items be shipped together in one package?

Yes; if you ordered everything at the same time, it should all arrive together in one package.

My order hasn't arrived but it's been shipped. What now?

Your confirmation email includes a tracking number. Simply click on that to see the status of your package. If you’re still having any issue, please contact our customer service team at info@ampscience.com and you’ll receive a response within 24-28 hours.

Who do you use for shipping?

AMP Science only ships through FEDEX.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Unfortunately, no. We only ship to the 48 contiguous states, and Alaska and Hawaii, although for those states additional shipping fees may apply.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military address?

At this time we are unable to ship any PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number. Or you can log into your account here onsite to track your order.

Can I return my item

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange or return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges. Simply email us at info@ampscience.com to get started. A customer service rep will respond within 48-72 hours with a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) as well as a packing slip that must be included with the package. Mail the package to the address provided via a trackable shipping method. Customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees. If a package is returned with no return label and/or RMA #, you may experience delays with the return or it may not be authorized. Returns only apply to product that has been purchased from our online store. We do not accept returns for purchases made from any other retailer. Please be advised that your refund will be calculated using any promotion or discount that was applied during original purchase.

Is my personal & payment info secure on your site?

100% yes. We use secure, https connections & SSL certificates to safeguard our customers from phishing attempts. All credit card info is also encrypted before and after transmission.
